Payment And Vancellation Policy

 

At Paplo Travel , we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences while ensuring transparent and fair refund policies. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking.


1. Cancellation by the Customer

Standard Tours & Activities:

  • Full Refund: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows.

Custom/Private Tours & Large Groups:

  • Full Refund: Cancellation at least 7 days in advance.
  • 50% Refund: Cancellation between 3-7 days before the tour.
  • No Refund: Cancellation within 72 hours of the tour.

Special Events & Desert Safaris:

  • Non-refundable within 7 days due to logistical arrangements.

2. Cancellation by Paplo Travel

If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • full refund OR
  • Option to reschedule (subject to availability).

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Bank transfer refunds may take longer (depending on your bank).
  • Service fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Date/activity changes are free if requested 48+ hours before the tour.
  • Late changes may incur a 10-20% fee (subject to availability).

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Airline tickets, train passes, or third-party bookings follow the provider’s policies.
  • “Non-Refundable” labeled tours (clearly stated during booking).

6. Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.
  • In such cases, we offer future travel credits valid for 12 months.
