Upon arrival at Luxor Airport or Railway Station, meet your Egyptologist guide for a guided tour of Luxor’s legendary West Bank. Begin your journey at the Valley of the Kings, the ancient necropolis of Thebes, where you’ll visit three significant tombs: those of Ramses, Horemheb, and Merenptah. With your guide by your side, you’ll gain insight into the history and significance of each tomb.
Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, an architectural marvel dedicated to one of Egypt’s few female pharaohs. Continue to the Temple of Ramses III, known for its vibrant reliefs, before stopping at the Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. After the tour, you’ll be transferred to your Luxor hotel for check-in and a relaxing evening.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then embark on a half-day tour of the East Bank of Luxor. Next, visit the Temple of Hathor at Dendera, dedicated to the goddess of love and joy. Explore its famed astrological ceiling and beautifully decorated columns, and see the sacred lake. Throughout the day, your guide will provide background on each site, and you’ll have free time to wander and take in the history yourself.
After this enriching day, you’ll be returned to your location in Luxor or transferred to Luxor Airport for your departure.
